The role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a Turnover of about €3 Bn, and having the ambition to achieve €5 Bn by 2030.

UFS provides products like Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s, as well as training and trend reports for foodservice professionals; focuses on meeting today’s needs and preparing chefs for future challenges through a streamlined product portfolio and trend-driven innovations. With a global reach and regional divisions, in Spain you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare an individual plan for each national chain in coordination with other areas of the organization (i.e. marketing, operator, delivery experts, chefs…).

  • Be the leader of your channel, bringing the needs and trends of the Hotel business into the company and coordinating with other departments to make the plan happen: Telebusiness, Territory and Operator ManagerDefine targets, measure performance and review plans with individual chains.

  • Analyze sales, profitability and data of the channels under management with a view to develop accounts and improve channel management.

  • Be able to challenge the customers with good business arguments.

  • Coordinate with pull team visits to follow up agreement and validate execution point by point.

  • Ensure up-to-date client administration, including billing, price control, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving ownership.

  • Understand channel requirements with and OOH perspective.

  • Identify prospects and lead generation.

  • Organize culinary session together with Chefs.

  • . Agreement negotiation and sign off.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree, with an emphasis in business

  • Previous relevant experience as KAM – deep knowledge of Channel understanding and Account Management.

  • Proficient Level of English and Spanish is a must.
